Horrible customer service

I paid for my order in September no delivery no update nothing Watsup number is useless they just blue tick our messages Email address is useless they don't respond I want to know their address so that I can go and collect my order I will never buy from them again Imagine wait for 2 months for the order,customer service is horrible
