Do not purchase from Welle Official

I made a purchase on the 27th July and when I followed up mid August I was told to wait 14 working days. It is now 31 August, no sneaker has arrived. I received an aramex tracking number which was opened by Welle official, but it only shows it was dropped at the drop box and Aramex has never received it to be allocated to a driver. Welle official was advised by aramex to send a waybill and nothing has been sent. What a disappointment to our kids and loss of our hard earned money in this economy. They are a ****.
