Disgusting customer service

What an appalling service from this team. I placed an order on the 26th November for 2 pairs of sneakers. The 1 pair arrived on the 5th Dec and no communication about the other pair. The shoes were meant to be a birthday present for my daughter. Sent numerous whatsapps, emails and even tried to call but zero response. On the 4th Jan I saw them online, sent another whatsapp, received the 1st response in over a month saying they'll respond once the rest of the team is back from leave on the 8th but surprise surprise, again no response. Sent further whatsapps and they just blue tick me. I've ordered from them in 2022, received my order no problem. My husband ordered early Jan and he received his order this week. So im wondering how they decide which orders to fill and which to not fulfill. And the most frustrating thing about this whole this is that there is no number one can dial to speak to someone. I'LL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE EVER AND PEOPLE MUST JUST STAY AWAY FROM IT. IN FACT IT MUST HAVE '****' WARNING when people try to access it
