Disappointing customer service

Placed my order on the 14th of April, received my order on the 4th of May, unfortunately the sizing wasn't right and it took another 4 days to get feedback on a return address from them, and was able to send the package back via Postnet on the 11th of May. Most days I get No feedback when following up, but on two occassions I've reveived "the team is working on the exchange. Will keep in touch. Thanks for your patience and understanding" it's been almost 4 and a half months since I returned the package and I'm running out of patience and understanding! I don't recommend spending your money here this purchase was a birthday gift and this rate who knows if it will come in time for Christmas!
