Disappointed
I ordered sneakers for my boy on 8/10/2022 and there's nothing yet. No tracking nr, any correspondence niks.

On 24/10/2022 I wrote a review complaining about Welle Offial, how they haven't been helpful on getting my order delivered or even updates. I then sent them a bad review which was posted by someone here on Hellopeter on their whatsapp and told them what a **** they are. Their reply was that they having a badlock which I didn't want to hear.
On the same day around 10:00 at night, I received an email and a whatsapp message with a reference number from them, I was still not happy as I couldn't trust anything anymore from them...and today morning 26/10/2022 at 8:00 my boy's sneakers were being delivered to me.
I am very happy that i finally got my order but I will never again use Welle Official as an online store. Why are we supposed to suffer like this for staff that we paid for! I am convinced that there were possibilities that I wasn't going to receive my order just like others.
