Disappointed customer

So disappointed in the website I ordered court vision Alta on 18/10/22 and they did not communicate with me regarding my order and today is 09/11/22 I have received Jordan sneakers which I ddnt order and I have tryed several times texting them on WhatsApp and on email no respond.. and I don’t know what to do with this sneakers because is not even my size
