Delay on my order

I have ordered my sneakers on the 22nd of august this year and I do not understand as how the delivery can take up to a month as they tell me that they are based in Johannesburg and I am in Pretoria. I have made countless attempts to get an update on my delivery and all I get is a "we will deliver soon". I even tried to persue them to collect my parcel and they are not saying anything.
