Compliant of poor service still waiting for stock since last year and paid r

I bought two pairs of tekkies they delivered one that was not enough I bought another 3 pairs of Nike as they say buy 2 and get 3 I received one and when I inquire they said they are out of stock until now and it was in December. When I sent messages on whatsapp they are no longer answering me I think they are ****med me are they a legit company?
