Balenciaga sneakers

I'm not sure if this company ****s people out of money by advertising sneakers online but I've ordered a sneaker from them 2 weeks ago for R1500 paid for it, and have not received any communication from these people until now after payment about the delivery, after reading some reviews on helopeter I've seen alot of other people are in the same situation, I've ordered from plenty online stores but this is the first company I've encountered that does not let you know what's going on with your delivery, I've sent them messages on whatsapp which they don't respond too, it's best to read the reviews before you buy online from certain stores because it's very easy to take your money but very hard for them to let you know what's going on and on top of it you don't know if you even going to get your order.
