Bad service, wrong size and hassle for delivery 😞
I put an order on the 30th January, and recieved it on the 10th February 2022 was not even delivered to my address as they promise door to door delivery 😔, had to travel to postnet to collect only to find a wrong size sneakers, these people once they have your money they don't care, after several emails and whatsapp messages still no response from them. They only post positive reviews on their website. Customer service is not so good at all. 😔 I regret buying from Welle Official ðŸ˜
