Bad service on Welle Official

I had a bad experience with this company. They advertise nice clothes, i placed an order, they took my money and promise to deliver in 7 days, after 2 months I was still waiting with automated messages on watsap or they just ignore your messages. Also their physical address does not have number only Street name and when I went to their street I found out they're not even located there.
