Bad Service from Welle Official

Ordered in December2022. Received the wrong size in February 2023. Returned the sneakers at my own cost for the correct size. Been whatsapp with them every day since then, and still no sneakers has arrived. I have ordered from them before, with no problems. Now this. I ordered this for my daughters birthday in March and it is now going in May 2023, and still no sneakers. I am a very unhappy customer. All i want is the sneakers i ordered and paid for!!! If only they could respond positively on the whatsapp so i can have these delivered asap.
