Bad service ever

Ordered three pairs of sneakers on the 20/08/2021 and only received one pair on the 30/08/2022. Been sending whatsApp and emails and no respond at all. They keep on saying awaiting shipment if they happen to respond at their own time but don't update their client at all unless u send whatsApp to inquire. Don't recommend anyone to buy at Welle official. Just want my refund and forget about this bad experience.
