Bad Service

I normally buy goods online and never get dissappointed. So I trusted this website to buy me a pair adidas. I message the whatsapp number given and everytime I get told the same thing that the order is being getting processed and ready for shipment. Its been a month that the order was placed and paid for. Now my messages only gets read but no reply. Your company is quick to take a person money but your service is extremely bad. I would like a refund of my money.
