Bad customer service

I ordered sneakers online at Welle Official on the 15th of May 2023 and then on 18th i got intouch with them through their whatsapp number just to check how are they with my order then they ask for my order number and i gave them my order number then they never respond to me since then,i wrote emails to them they never respond till today so i m really disappointed in them
