Bad business conduct

This has been the worst online shopping experience. No communication, not even the WhatsApp number gets the attention customers want/deserve. Ordered last week, still waiting on information on possible delivery, let alone for my parcel to be delivered. Business etiquette fail with a distinction. It feels like you plaed the lottery with your money.
