August Order still undelivered

Good day I placed an order with Welle Official in August and to date I have not received my goods, I requested a refund and that too has not been responded to. The whatsapp admin seems to only have a default message available because I don't understand why a lead time cannot be attained to the order if they say it is being processed, there really is no communication from their end and it's really frustrating. I would gladly like to have my money back to avoid dealing with Welle again
