A disaster of a service

Where to even begin. I ordered some air force 1s on the 30th of January and still have not received anything from Welle Official other than a call that my order was on its way, after complaining to them twice on email and once on this website, and given a tracking number of a wrong order that was heading Free State instead of Polokwane. I even gave you guys some time (a week) to fix it by not complaining, but nope not you guys, you guys need a whole year to get an order right. I don't even want the shoes anymore, I just want my money. I am even considering taking you guys to court because it is absolutely unfair for you guys to sell a product to me and not give me the product. I was not giving you guys a gift, u was paying you for a service. Just call me so we can discuss recovering my money back. I gave you guys too many chances to make it right but you still found a way to mess it up.
