1st time I purchased 2 pairs only 1 was delivered due to no stock of other size

1st time I purchased 2 pairs only 1 was delivered due to no stock of other size. Refund was eventually made a few weeks later. However when I did eventually get support from whatsapp line they were efficient in their feedback and refund was done quick. 2nd time I ordered no issues delivery was made within 3 weeks and I am happy with product. I ordered 3rd time end of July and before I ordered I checked for stock on whatsapp line. Very efficient response and service. Received the product within 10 days. Pleased with the service received and happy with the product.
