Inflated repair costs & damage to kitchen sink

The repairer was contracted by Townhouse Warehouse to do maintenance on mu unit - replace kitchen tap and toilet seat. The kichen tap was tighten and replaced. I was charged R1200 for a new tap and R600 for new toilet seat. I then went to inspect the job done if it was satisfactory. I found that the tap supp**** was a used tap and the the toilet seat was plastic. I complaint via Townhouse Warehouse about the inflated charges
