Appalling Service- No response- No feedback!

I sent an email weeks ago to get an evaluation on my late mon's shares, and went through the process of acquiring all necessary documents. They don't respond to emails and they don't answer their calls. Even worse when they do finally answer after numerous attempts they hang up and all make the same excuse of how the line is not clear and the call centre agents literally just hang up on you after being on the line for so long!!! This is so unacceptable!
