******* teacher with vendetta

My niece has been made a scape goat in a exam cript scandal. Consequently she has been failed , whilst the real culprits have been passed.The moderator left the exam room unattended, & on her return accuses my niece of cripping. Proper procedures & hearings where never held to allow the opportunity to state her case or have parents present if ever there were a hearing. It is my opinion that a childs rights has been violated & this could have had dire consequences for the family as she was contemplating suicide. Please help!!!!
