Poor service

It us just a disaster at the hotel. The manager has disappeared to answer to customers/clients. The hotel doesn't have electricity, The receptionist gives you a room number with no key. They open the room for you and everytime you want to exit for you to return you need to find the receptionist. They accepted money for dinner but they cannot provide or at least make arrangements for. Rooms got no towels. It is my first time and probably the last time.
