Poor service

Poor service. They do not give feedback on queries. Parts are taking 3 weeks to arrive and has still not arrived yet. Excuses on excuses. Even blaming the Trump Ramaposa situation as an excuse. I feel Ok furniture should find more qualified and service oriantated supplier. Even waiting now 1week for another quotation.
