DELIBERATE SABOTAGE

I believed the owner of Welkom Appliance Repairs was a friend. We go back several years, and he always helped me if I had a problem. My domestic air conditioner broke and I took it to him to check it out. I bought a new vacuum valve from him and a new compressor elsewhere. I took it to him, and we started working on the problem. The pipes on the valve I bought from him was the wrong size. I asked him to stop working while I got the original valve to compare. I live 30km away from Welkom. I measured all the pipes on the valve and took photos and sent to him via Whatsap, asking him what next. He ignored me. I sent him a text message asking if it's ok to call him on his cell. After several attempts to contact him at his office and his cell, I got hold of him on Monday 14/12 when he brusquely told me there is nothing he can do about the aircon - which is a blatant lie - and told me to come fetch it. On Tuesday 15/12 I duly went there and asked what he could manage - he said there was nothing he could do and told me that he does not like being \micro managed".
