Unpleasent treatment

I have visited kwikspar in Welgevonden-Stellenbosch late afternoon of monday 11 March 2024 at 18:21pm at till 006, where argument started with a cashier, with this kind of greetings "do you want a plastic bag". She spoke to me like a child, where she told me not to bring my problem to her. How foolish am i not to see that Kwikspar is not a social development? She must stop focusing on our problems and focus on giving us a better service because unless she was trained to treate some of us otherwise.
