WELEM PROJECTS

My husband and I contacted Welem Projects last year in September 2022, he came and made a quotation for our kitchen and bathroom cupboards. We then transferred a total of R 8400 so that he can buy material. From there on whenever he was scheduled to come and do our project, we would have a lot of excuses from him. He would say things like; He is busy finishing off a project else were and as soon as he is done, he will come. He would say he was delayed by loadshedding or that his car broke down. At some point he said he's man were tired and would come the next day. We eventually got tired of his excuses and requested a refund from him. He kept on coming up with excuses as well for this. What is frustrating about this entire situation is that we can see that he is completing other people's projects but is not saying anything about our project or refund. It's been nine months and we still haven't received our refund.
