Unsatisfied customer

I am giving a start because, I am just supposed to otherwise I wouldn't give any. The service I received from this business was way unprofessional. Firstly I waited the whole day for them to come for the installation only for the to come at night and they come around 21:00 in the evening. They did not even communicate with me during the day, what time I should expect them and Why they were late. The worse part is that they did not instal the TV stand as per my specification, they just did it how they saw fit. I asked that they come back to fix the issues and I am still waiting for them to date. I had to get someone else to remove the stand and install it properly. If you have money to waist, call this guy's. They were just expensive for nothing.
