Poor customer service

This guy has no respect for his customers, He asked me to send deposit in June and till today ,He hasn’t done anything. He doesn’t want to complete the job and doesn’t want to refund me too. He is rude and a pathological ****. He will send you videos at his firm and lie to you that he is still cutting boards or say he is waiting for the granite guy. It’s been six months since I paid him to this day , I am still waiting for him. Please do not waste your hard earned money on him. He uses tiktok to attract more people who are going to send him money for material only for him to not show up. Do not be fooled by the new reviews ,he is probably writing them himself
