F. S welding works by Franco van de Spuy cannot be trusted+

We've contracted F. S. Welding works in Parow East, Cape town with Franco van De Spuy he visited twice and gave me quote for R47,000 70% deposits he required to start the job and I did immediate payment within a week as I needed burglar bars done for safety of my family but he did not start the job or show mutual respect of agreement. It is now a year since I have waited for him to fullfill his empty promises but nothing has been done and no refunds has been made. Its been a frustrating experience and I am extremely stressed and dissapointed as the manner he conducted his business.
