Weld and Cutting complaint

Paid a deposit and the manager Morris was helpful and friendly at first but then i had to cancel my order and requested my deposit to be paid back. The manager Morris *** no longer accepts any of my calls and no one answers the office numbers *** or ***. Morris says I should phone back in an hour always then never answers his phone. What is the next step in getting my R10 000 deposit back.
