Bad attitude and unediable sandwich

Good day. On the 25th January 2016. I went into Welcome Chair coffee shop for a toasted chicken and mayo sandwich on brown bread and coffee. The server was very polite and I didnt wait too long for my meal. I asked for hot and tomato sauce which she gave me. As i was eating i could taste the bread had a sour taste. Half way into one slice i called the server and told her. She asked if she could bring me another sandwhich on whit bread i said thats fine. 2 minutes later the owner Angela comes to me with a loaf of brown bread in her hand. She said \ this is fresh bread we get from PNP everyday its not sour. You must be on medication because you have no taste buds.\" I said im not sick or on medication i cant eat sour bread. She said i would have to pay for it because its already eaten. I said no problem im not happy with it but i will pay for it. Through all i was cool and calm while other customers were looking on. She walked away rudely and told the server to charge me only for the coffee. This kind of service is totally umexcepetable. "
