Shameful service

I asked for a quotation from this company for the supply and installation of 2 aluminium windows and a sliding door. Received a quotation under letterhead logo The Original Aluminium Co. Accepted and paid deposit. When installation date came around, the excuses for delay started. Then came an offer of a refund, which I accepted. Nothing materialised, despite firm assurance. Over a month down the track, still no windows, no refund.
