Cunsumer ACT given the middle finger Weirs Idutywa

I had bought Gas from Wiers Idutywa and I had empties so as not to charged for these empties. All I wanted was money back with my empties Upon returning the Gas I was told I cannot have my empties back and I must take a voucher instead because their system does not allow the cancellation of vouchers and it does not allow customers to have their empties returned to them. I find this pathetic at most because what if I want to use my money elsewhere and I want to keep my empty? They flout the very consumer Act they claim to comply with. This is not acceptable and this happens when Weirs find every reason not repay customers what is due to them. They do this is in the most vulnerable communities.

Why should their short coming of the system capability be a customer problem? Why are they giving the customers the middle finger whereas this is their problem? Is it because no body complains that they think they sit and defy the very ACT they claim to be in compliance with? There is no disclaimer to alert customers of this practice so that customers know what they are getting themselves onto
