No delivery and no refund

Last year September, I ordered an Abrecci Victorian watch from weird ape, paid extra to get it here safely. After various emails and days waiting for my package, I realised that I will not receive this and requested an refund. Skyler emailed me and said that my zip code on the order was given incorrectly and therefore she cannot give me any refund. I went on the internet, mailed her the proof that my zip code was 100% correct, but still 4 months later nothing was done. I am so tired of this and expect my money back. No service or product was able to be delivered. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
