Worst mistake you can do is to get an apartment under weinprop properties

If there was a -1star on rating, this was what I would give them. I am a tenant at 111 Kerk, on le of their buildings. Several times we have reported noise both to the Caretaker and the office, but nothing was done. Instead the tenants making noise found out and they became worse. The building is dirty, security is not good at all. We had times where by some tenants where getting ****** immediately after loadshedding starts at night. But nothing was done. All this people care about is money, if you don't pay rent just one month they are very quick to change locks on the doors. The Caretakers I have a mouthful about them, they demand money from new tenants for gas bottles, whilst we already paid for that on deposit. They are rude and arrogant, behave as if the building theirs. Peacemore and Anna. Recently my company moved me to a place closer to work, being the person I am instead of just moving out I looked for someone to Leave in my room, when the person wanted to move in myself and the person agreed that she will pay rent on the 7th, that's the grace period we know. Anna refused for the person to move in. Now question is on ethics how does the company handles all these situations where tenants complain but nothing is done? Why are you not asking yourselves why tenants are moving and breaking doors? Securities are always drunk.
