Weinpro refuses to pay back my deposit after a 7 weeks of vacating , I'm taking legal action.

After moving out of a unit at Urban estate ( managed and owned by Weinprop ) on the first of February 2025 and to date havent received my deposit at all.

According to Daniel this is the standard cost of repair , and wouldnt provide proof of this.

Keep in mind no exit inspection was done and the key was left in the apart as Calvin didn't even attempt to attend on the day, As a past tenant I sent through videos of the condition of the unit through to Daniel. I have witnesss of the day that Calvin was not there as well as whatsapp messages to prove the following statement.

In the same month of moving out Zodwa sent me a letter of demand for rent. and told me to ignore the mail.

Amo has **** about Payments being done on said days and has blamed IT infrastructure for the lack of receiving the notice of moving out yet I have a reference for doing so on their platform.

I will be opening a case in regards to this *****ulent offence.

Note all correspondence will be used as evidence. As well as all videos ( Visual evidence )of the conditions said apartment and security violations at the premises.

All inclusive individuals as well as the company will be held accountable.

Please note that I will be making this public and will invite external parties to stand in this case as either conclusive to extend the case or as witnesses to the ******** conduct. As from what I can see on this platform this is a common occurrence on the behalf of weinprop and their staff.
