Useless company

I am so disgusted by this company in that in June 2020, I gave a notice to withdraw as a tenant. from that time until today, I have not received my deposit. What's annoying me is that Muareen from same company knows about my situation and se does not care. What makes maters worse is that they sill want me to pay the balance outstanding for that month even wen the notice was given, how pathetic. on a daily basis, i receive their annoying sms that i should pay when they still owe my my deposit. I rented one of their properties in town@ my city loft, 111 kerk street flat no, 10-14. I need my deposit back and they should write of this so called outstanding balance as its not my problem that most of their flats are empty and they are trying to maintain their liquidity at my expense.
