They owe me so much money.

I have been with Weinprop since 2021 in a bachelor then moved to a 1 bedroom in 2024 July because I was ****d at the previous place and my building manager didn’t do anything about it, just because I didn’t wanna report it to the police. But there are ladies who were harassed (Not physically or anything) yet he was chased out of the property. I stayed in the property for a full month with a ******. Scared at every knock. But thats not why I am here. When I moved to Kew lofts, the place wasn’t clean, it had grease on the stove and shower. They tried but I moved anyways. The stove had 1 plate working. They only replaced it after a few weeks. With a Goldair stove(bad quality) within a few months, one plate stopped working. I reported that and they electricians didn’t fix it because they told the building owners that they are wasting time by fixing the stove that will be broken again and said I should wait for when the Defy stoves order comes and I get a Defy stove. I WAITED FOR OVER A YEAR. Paying 7K for a 1 plate stove. I would come back home from work and still take hours to cook😭 when the stoves finally come, it doesn’t come to me. I see it going to other tenants and I logged in a maintenance call for a stove, I was ignored until the stove eventually broke down. I spent a week without a stove. I had to buy takeaways. I sent them receipts from restaurants and a receipt for petrol. This was in May. They ignored me and I sent another message after I got the invoice with a full rent pay. Then they responded by telling me that they won’t pay for petrol. How? How do I drive to those restaurants?? When money finished, I had to take my groceries and cook at my friend’s house. Do I use water to go there? Let me get to the water. We did not have water for about 2 weeks after that. While we pay for a borehole!!! They have been giving me penalties since the year started because of late payments, and that has never happened. Yes, this year has been band financially but I was paying half month end and the rest a few days later. But I was fined 250. Who fines You Weinprop when you **** up?? The water? The stove??

Now they switched off my electricity purchase because I haven’t paid my rent in full. I will not!! They owe me!! They are still not saying anything about the money they owe me. I would love to also fine you R1000 for not having water for 2 weeks. And a full month’s rent for making me use 1 plate of a stove the whole year. I am tired of weinprop! Coming back tired and cooking one thing at a time 😭 Imagine if I was making samp!?? I cook all day ai ***! So I cant even load electricity cos I owe half the rent. I wont pay in full untill they give me all my money back!!
