Poor Service Delivery

Very disappointed with the service delivery at this property. We have been without water and electricity for seven days, with little to no communication or assistance from Weinprop. When we send emails, they do not respond. The property is in a terrible state, yet rent is still demanded in full. The conditions are unacceptable and resemble those of an informal settlement.

Tenants deserve regular updates, proper assistance, and a reasonable backup plan when essential services are unavailable for this long. The lack of support, communication, and basic maintenance has been extremely frustrating
