Pathetic service when I supposed to receive my deposit refund

I received a pathetic sercice when i suppose to receive my deposit refund. I never broke anything, why must i mistreated. I have evacuated on 30 November 2023 and sign all necessary documents on the date of evacuation. I have been waited for me deposit refund and nothing was happening. In December I asked care taker when am I going to receive my refund and he told me that the office is going to close soon for holiday they will process my funds in January when they comes back from holiday. End of January I saw nothing , I lodged a query on their page asking about my deposit. I just got reference number with a message that someone will call me . I waited no one called me because they must pay me they don't care about my query, if it was me who supposed to pay them they were going to attend it immediately . I had to call care taker and ask why I'm I ignored this way , he went to the office on the 9th of February and he called me to ask me to sign another evacuation form. I signed and sent it immediately. He told me that my funds has already processed but they didn't have evacuation form. On 12th I communicate with care taker to ask how long does it going to take for me to receive my money he gave me office number to call. I called the office and spoke to the lady called Amo, she told me that she never received any evacuation form and there is nothing she can do. As without an evacuation form it means I'm still renting their appartment. How can they register someone and collect money for my units and still tell me that I'm still staying in their appartment. Is totally wrong. Amo told.me that Cecil didn't do his job and Cecil is telling me that Office didn't do his job. Must I come and do your job so that I can get my money as you fail to do your job. I am a busy woman, I can't leave my job and run around. I don't have time to go to the office I have submitted everything I suppose to. I WANT MY MONEY.
