Moving in while in maintenance

Not happy with the service received from one of the apartments in 52 Glen Rd. We where told that the unit we where supposed to move into will be ready but to our surprise the unit was nowhere near being ready when we moved in and the maintenance guys where still busy on the 1st of the month when we were supposed to move in. The apartment has rusty tiles, broken cupboards ,broken light switches, hanging plugs which is obviously hazardous ,broken toilet seat, the area is filthy So much disappointment The rent and deposit are 16k all gone This is a big ridicule When contacted they say they had a ripple affect with maintenance guys which was NEVER communicated to us We could have booked the place and paid and move in a month later but nothing A guy called Asher came to see how the place is and also not satisfied with him Tells me they used to letting people move in while units are being maintained which didn't make sense at all
