Incompetency and lack of professionalism

I am currently having a bad experience with this property management company. I am renting in one of their apartment. I paid my monthly rental and it happened that someone decided to block my meter and I can't load electricity. I sent proof of payment on Tuesday last week and till today no one attended to my matter. I don't have electricity because I can't load electricity. I have made several attempts since yesterday to contact the relevant people . I spoke to the building manager as well as a lady called Maureen Hlungwane by the office and she told me that someone called Kgaogelo was is the one who is responsible for blocking and unblocking the electricity meters so up to today nothing has been done. I am so disappointed.
