Hefty water bill

Very disappointed, it has been a year since l moved in at Legit 501. Everything has been going fairly well even though upon my moving there were outstanding maintenance issues it did not affect me as much, However end of April l received a water bill for R1938.00 (which is inconceivable) I have been in conversation with an ununderstanding pompous and rude portfolio manager by the name of Daniel Ribeiro he has not lifted a finger to assist me, all l received is threats of being locked out if l don't pay this exorbitant amount. Can l atleast get help from someone who is will to assist I am not planning to move out soon because l like the build, but paying R1900 amanzi won't work.
