Electricity issues and frustrated tenant

I paid my rent for November and december and today they just switched off my eletricity saying they didnt see my proof of payment. I was in the middle of writing my exam and my laptop has to be connected to eletricity for it to work. I didnt manage to finish my exam. If I am not allowed to rewrite this exam I will sue Wien Prop. Please sort out your system. We also need a building manager by my city loft 111 kerk johannesburg we are tired of Peacemore his attitude stinks and he treats us like kids . Your elevators are not working we have to walk up the stairs as though we dont pay rent. We are not allowed to relax and drink on the roof top Peacemore harrasses us. WE ARE TIRED!!!!!! we will go to housing if you dont deal with this
