Disgusting service Bramleyviews

I am writing to express my disappointment with the disgusting service from this building and its people. Now, I moved in from another property (MyHome Apartments) where I received extremely good service. Everything from caretaker, building manager, and maintenance was awesome.

Big mistake was for me to think that moving to another weinprop property I will receive the same kind of care. Taking you back to the day I move in, everything from taps, stove geysers, were broken. The place was not even cleaned properly, was told by their agent that they did not know that I am moving that month. Now, my thing is “who on earth will go through trouble of paying deposit and all that if they are not moving “. I logged countless calls for maintenance some of which were not fixed, one of them being a stove with a broken knob. The guy that came left to buy a knob and never came back. This was reported to a lady with a very bad attitude called Gila. This is the lady who told me to install fiber when I complained about DSTV connection not working. This is because she did not feel like helping me. By the way, I am not there I am trying to tell everyone that I used a two plate stove because my stove was never fixed but they had the nerve to take 3000 from my money towards repairing a knob that I found very much broken.

Fast forward, I have moved out. This was on the 30th of April which is last month. I call another very much rude lady called Amo, to find out when I am getting my deposit. Instead of giving me the date, which is also very much ridiculous, the response to my question was “thirty working days does not include weekend mam”. I mean I know what thirty working days is.

But ke, Im not there. I am writing this to make sure that you know that if you are going to move in to this building, know that they are ****mers. As much as I never signed anything moving in to make sure that everything is fine, I know for a fact that the person who moved in to the same unit moved in without the presence of the building manager and it was not fixed or painted since they charged me money for all that. How do I know this? I know because he moved in the following day of me leaving the property after cleaning and left very late at night. And also they say 24 hours security, there is absolutely no security. Bramleyview is a ****
