Deposit

I was renting with this company. Just after Lockdown Level 5 they charged me water R739 .When I asked them how did the water bill jumped from 100+to 700+?the answer was the bill is correct. Then I found out that people in that building were not paying during Lockdown. I don't owe them anything, I was paying them full rent even when we were on hard Lockdown. But they started over charging me. Then I gave them 1st notice that I have to move coz I can't efford to pay over R4000 in a small room like this, but the didnt bother. I gave them another notice after one week that I Will move out month end, then they are refusing to give me back my Deposit that I didn't give them the full month, but my notice was over a month. Infact they charged me double deposit and they are refusing to give it back to me. Apparently that's their style. And one of the employee by the name of Maureen very rude. I regret renting from them. All what I want is my Deposit back that's all.
