Complaint

To cut long story short! Kgaugelo is arrogant with bad attitude! Apparently another tenant pays monthly rental using my reference! They issued me invoice of R1300.00 I paid R1500.00 they don’t communicate this error! They come back after 3 weeks to say I am owing! They switched off my lights! I wrote an email that protects my rights! David fail to solve the issue he is taking side! I said maybe we need to go to rental housing Tribunal for a resolution! Maybe Weinprop needs to consider how Kgaugelo and Amogelang handle the issues of customer relation with tenants! Maybe that’s the reason why they can’t keep tenants long in their properties!
