Bad service

I joined weight watchers at the beginning of June. I attended 2 classes at my venue in Olivedale only to be told in the third visit that the branch was closing down. The only option for me was to find another venue. I have looked for alternative venues but none suit my schedule or fall within my area. <br> When I asked for a refund for my wasted classes I was told they don't do refunds. Well I don't do 'breach of contract'. I have phoned, sms'd and whats app'd the woman who signed me up and took my cash and she just keeps telling me she'll speak to the 'owner'. <br> This is not good enough. I didn't sign to say I would forfeit my money if the venue closed and I don't want to have to travel miles to a different venue in Jhb traffic. I would like a refund immediately.
