Unauthorised debit orders

I have been with Weighless a few years ago and stopped by following the normal cancellation procedure. In January I realised that a debit order was reinstated, I tried calling with no success so I send an email - Up to now NO response was received. Today I went looking for specific payments and see that the Debit order is still going off and actually increased in Rand value, I can only go back 3 month so I don't even know how much has been ****** from my account without permission. I again send an email and decided to now log this on the web too.
